TNFRSF1B

TNFRSF1B（TNF receptor superfamily member 1b）為T(mén)NF受體超家族成員，也稱(chēng)為T(mén)NFR2，主要表達(dá)在腫瘤微環(huán)境中的Treg細(xì)胞和多種腫瘤細(xì)胞中（如卵巢癌和腸癌）。TNFR2與受體TNF結(jié)合后，通過(guò)激活典型和非典型的NF-kB通路來(lái)控制細(xì)胞的生存和增殖。大量研究顯示，TNFR2抑制劑能夠特異性抑制在腫瘤微環(huán)境中高表達(dá)TNFR2的Tregs的功能，同時(shí)特異性殺傷腫瘤細(xì)胞，用于抗腫瘤治療；而TNFR2激活劑則可以激活Tregs細(xì)胞，抑制效應(yīng)性T細(xì)胞（Teff），進(jìn)而下調(diào)免疫反應(yīng)，可以用于自身免疫疾病治療。隨著對(duì)于新靶點(diǎn)的不斷深入挖掘，TNFR2的重要性日漸受到關(guān)。TNFR2已經(jīng)成為免疫逃逸、腫瘤生長(zhǎng)以及檢查點(diǎn)阻斷抵抗性的潛在誘因。TNFR2抑制劑抗體則能夠抑制腫瘤相關(guān)Tregs的增殖和功能。
