TNFSF13B
TNFSF13B，即腫瘤壞死因子超家族成員13B，別名BLyS、BAFF、TALL-1。它是一種主要由B細胞產生的細胞因子，屬于腫瘤壞死因子超家族成員，在B細胞的成熟和存活中發(fā)揮關鍵作用。TNFSF13B的作用機制涉及與其受體BAFF-R結合，激活下游的信號傳導途徑，如NF-κB和JAK/STAT通路，促進B細胞的增殖和分化。TNFSF13B在生物學上的意義非常廣泛，它參與了B細胞的發(fā)育、自身免疫性疾病的發(fā)生以及腫瘤的生長。TNFSF13B的異常表達與某些B細胞相關疾病，如系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡、類風濕關節(jié)炎和某些類型的非霍奇金淋巴瘤有關，使其成為治療這些疾病的潛在靶點。
